Shipping policy

We generally ship products out between 3-5 business days via USPS or an established third-party carrier.  Our products are shipped in well-packaged containers with generally unidentifiable contents and all products over $100 in value are shipped insured.  If it appears that a lengthier shipment date or a non-insurable shipment of a product over $100 will take place, we will notify you of this.  If you receive a damaged package from the USPS or other carrier service, please take a photograph of the package before opening.  If the contents are damaged or missing, please contact us to fill out an incident report. Orders over $100 will be shipped free while all orders under $100 will have a shipping fee charged.
